A teenage boy was killed by a stray bullet during a gun battle outside his home in Glasgow Village. Duwan Morgan, 14, was inside his home when he was hit by a bullet from outside, police said. Several people were in the area shooting at each other at the time, police said. Police said the shooting in the 10200 block of Hobkirk Drive was picked up by the ShotSpotter gunshot detection system about 6:10 p.m. Officers found Duwan outside, and he died at the scene, said Vera Clay, a spokeswoman for the St. Louis County Police Department. Hobkirk is in Glasgow Village, east of Lilac Avenue, in an unincorporated area of north St. Louis County.
