Eddie Raytel Smith

Eddie Raytel Smith was fatally shot. Police found him in the street after they were called to the scene. EMS workers took Smith to the hospital, where he died. Walter F. Scott III, 58, was spotted in surveillance video leaving the scene of the shooting.
