Jamell Harlan

Police identified the victim as Jamell Harlan and said his family had been notified. Officers responded to the scene of a reported shooting, in the 5800 block of St. Louis Avenue, around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday to find a man with multiple gunshot wounds. The man was in critical condition when he was taken to the hospital, police said.
