Jared Bodine

46-year-old Jared Bodine of Robertsville was found lying on the driveway of a home in the 1300 block of Finney Road in Robertsville about 3:30 p.m. He died at a hospital Zachary J. Pankonin, 40, of Julesburg, Colorado, was indicted by a grand jury about a month after the shooting on charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office said.
