Jawon Deshawn Cooper died after being shot in the city's Walnut Park West neighborhood. De'andre T. Chaney and Ladarold Ford are charged with Cooper's murder. Chaney and others had driven to Park Lane, where Chaney and another person got out of the car and shot Cooper, according to charging documents. Video surveillance showed them on camera before the shooting, according to a police detective.
