Jordan Allen

19-year-old Jordan Allen of St. Louis was found after being shot and killed on the afternoon of Jan. 15 in the 1300 block of North 16th Street, just north of downtown. St. Louis police said they were called about 2 p.m. that day to a stabbing, but instead found the man shot. Allen died at the scene. Allen lived in the 3000 block of Cora Avenue.
