Joseph Brown

Joseph Brown died of blunt force trauma to his head. Police found Brown injured when they were called for a "person down." Donald Lee Cummings, 43, was charged with Brown's murder after police say he fatally punched him. A witness told police that Cummings got out of a pickup truck and walked up to Brown. They "cordially greeted one another," then Cummings punched Brown in the face, police said. Brown fell and hit his head on the pavement. The event took place on May 25, and Brown died on May 31.
