Lance Holmes

Lance Holmes was found shot to death in a parked vehicle. He was found alongside another man, 34, who was taken to the hospital in critical and unstable condition. Johnny Dukes, 38, is charged with first-degree murder, three counts of unlawfully using a weapon, four counts of armed criminal action and first-degree assault. One witness said Dukes was "being drunk and belligerent that night," according to investigators.
