Michael Maxon

Michael Maxon died and two others were injured after a shooting. Tavon L. Jackson, 25, and Darnell D. Westmoreland, 28, are charged in the shooting . Police say surveillance video shows Jackson walking up to a vehicle and opening fire. While he continues to shoot, police say he opens up the door, drags out Maxon, and shoots him. In the process, an 8-year-old child and another man were injured. Westmoreland stood at the corner of the supermarket, about 10 yards from Jackson, while pointing a gun at the vehicle during the incident.
