Rashaud Boaze

Rashaud Boaze, 15, was shot about 11 a.m. Monday in the 4000 block of Nebraska Avenue. Police found him in the street. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene. Rashaud lived in the 3900 block of Nebraska Avenue, near the shooting scene. His family could not be reached for comment.
