Ryan J. Wayne II

Ryan J. Wayne was killed by police officers after fleeing a traffic stop. Police said he was armed with a gun. Four St. Charles police officers all fired their guns. Wayne died at the scene. Police said he had fled a traffic stop, ran away after a crash and was armed. Authorities have not said if he pointed a weapon after officers before they shot him.
