Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy Wednesday in the city's Gravois Park neighborhood. Police said the victim, Samuel Williams Jr., died at a hospital. The shooting took place about 6 p.m. in the 3600 block of Oregon Avenue, police said. Authorities were searching for a dark-colored vehicle that might be connected to the shooting.
