Shaun Mooring was found shot to death. Police arrested Curtis L. Sills, 44, after reviewing surveillance footage. They found blood on Sills' car and shoes, a 9mm pistol that matched the bullets used in the shooting and Mooring's orange wallet discarded nearby, court records say
