Craig Jones, 22, of Bellefontaine Neighbors, was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the attack Tuesday night on his sister, Taylar Hill, 26, in a home in the 1200 block of Bliss Drive, police said. A probable cause statement said Jones struck Hill on the head with a seven-pound dumbbell several times, then stabbed her several times with the steak knife. She died of the injuries "sustained by the defendant's actions," police said He then fled the home but was later found by police and arrested without incident.
