A woman was found dead in her O’Fallon home Saturday afternoon, authorities said. Terri F. Nguyen, 72, of the 1300 block of Bossler Lane was identified as the victim, St. Clair County Coroner Calvin Dye Sr. said. He didn't release a cause of death, as the police department is still investigating the case, he said. Nguyen was pronounced deceased at the scene and an autopsy will be conducted, he said. O’Fallon police responded about 1:30 p.m. to a home in the 1300 block of Bossler Lane and found a woman dead inside the home, according to a news release. David Nguyen, 38, faces one charge of murder and one charge of attempting to conceal murder in connection with the Dec. 27 killing of Terri Nguyen, 72, of O'Fallon. He was arrested roughly 200 miles away near Kansas City by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
