Officers were called around 2:40 a.m. to the 700 block of Clark Avenue and found the victim, Arrin Jones, 27, of Riverview, dead at the scene. A 65-year-old man remained at the stadium and was taken into custody by police. The next day, prosecutors announced that they will not file charges against the man. "Homicide investigations often involve complex legal questions, including issues related to self-defense," the office said in a statement. Mitch McCoy, a spokesman for the police department, told reporters it was an isolated incident between two "third-party contractors." McCoy told the Post-Dispatch that he didn't have the name of the third-party contractor.
