Cameron Willis

A 23-year-old died after being shot and ejected from a vehicle during a crash in the city's Patch neighborhood, officers said. Cameron Willis, of St. Louis, was found around 1 a.m. Monday in the 7600 block of South Broadway after police received a call for shots fired, authorities said. Police believed Willis had been flung from the vehicle during a crash and was also shot. Police did not say in which order those events occurred.
