Cardiar Brown

One man died and another was injured in a double shooting on North Hanley Road and Chorman Avenue. The shooting was about 2:30 p.m. in the 2800 block of North Hanley Road. Normandy police were called to the scene, near Bel-Ridge. One man who was shot died at a hospital. A second shooting victim was found nearby, in the 7700 block of Chorman Avenue. He is expected to survive. The man who died was Cardiar Brown, 20, who lived in the 2800 block of Old Hanley Road, police said.
