Cedric Leonard

Cedric Leonard, 33, of St. Louis, was shot and killed at the ZX gas station in the 1600 block of Union Boulevard. He was shot inside a vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy in connection with the fatal shooting that happened about 4 a.m. The 17-year-old is accused in juvenile court of first-degree murder, assault, possession of a weapon and robbery.
