Domonick Tuwaun Owens

Police say Domonick Tuwaun Owens was fatally shot during an argument by Patricia Jones. Police said in the court document that Jones drove to Owen's home, where she found him outside in a car and started arguing; she then shot him multiple times, killing him. She later called 911 to admit to the shooting, officers said in the probable cause statement. Ferguson police recovered a pistol from Jones. Police said they recovered a pistol from Jones and found a video on her phone of the incident. Officers said the phone had prior death threats she had sent as well. Jones is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. Court documents do not indicate where the shooting occurred.
