Ha'Layna Elliott

Retired Berkeley fire Chief Henry Williams and his daughter, Ha'Layna Elliott, 15, were shot in their home at at North Clay and Robert avenues in Ferguson. Relatives made plans to visit their home, calling and speaking to Williams about 5:30 p.m., and then found the two shot at 6:11 p.m. A woman was found in a locked bedroom with a gun. Linda Hayden, 61, was arrested and later chaerged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action.
