St. Louis County police found the victim seated in a vehicle suffering from at least one gunshot wound around 9:55 p.m. The man was taken to a hospital, where he died of his injuries. The man was found in the 11100 block of Ruesta Drive in the Spanish Lake area. A 17-year-old was charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action, county police said. His name was not released because he is a juvenile.
