Sadie L. Tull

Local police responded to a home in the 2100 block of Fairfax Street in Carlyle, about 50 miles east of St. Louis, for a welfare check shortly after 8 a.m. and discovered a Sadie L. Tull with a single gunshot wound to the head who was pronounced dead at the scene.
