Steffon Marmon

Steffon Marmon, 19, who lived in the same block, was shot to death just before 2:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Switzer Avenue in Jennings. Jesse St. John, 28, is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. Investigators say cell phone data puts St. John in the area during the time of the shooting and a witness told them St. John was the last person in the house alone with Marmon.
