Timothy Rice

Timothy Rice, 59, of Hazelwood, was found dead inside a minivan about 3:50 p.m. Monday in the 5900 block of Julian Avenue, just east of Amherst Park. Arthur Terrell Woods, 41, is accused of Rice's murder. He also was charged with armed criminal action, robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm. A probable cause statement said Woods was identified as the shooter and was backed up by surveillance footage.
