William Palmer, 51, of Troy, Missouri, was shot and killed in his truck. Authorities charged Brittany Rivoire with his murder. Rivoire was seen on surveillance footage shooting the man in the head while the two were in his truck, police wrote in court documents. The charges say the man was driving Rivoire in his truck "so that she would not be out in the extreme cold." After killing the man, police say Rivoire drove the man's truck and abandoned it a few blocks away.
