His development rights are gone, but Paul McKee is not
Despite St. Louis’s decision last year to terminate a development agreement with Paul McKee’s NorthSide Regeneration, the developer still owns over 1,600 properties and more than 200 acres in the neighborhoods surrounding the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s planned western headquarters.
The properties shaded gray are listed with NorthSide Regeneration LLC as an owner, but were not properties listed in the city's vacancy portal. As the Post-Dispatch previously reported, the city's vacancy portal may not include all vacant property that exists in the city because the portal is still being refined.
