Grbic Restaurant
If you live in St. Louis and still haven’t tried Bosnian food — well, what’s wrong with you? Grbic Restaurant, on a Dutchtown side street just south of Gravois Avenue and Chippewa Street, is a great place to introduce yourself to the cuisine. The menu includes such Bosnian must-orders as cevapi, delicious bites of grilled beef served with spongy flatbread, as well as more broadly Central European dishes, including an impressive serving of veal wienerschnitzel with buttery spaetzle. The menu currently includes dishes the Grbic family prepared for a victorious appearance on Food Network’s “Guy’s Grocery Games.”

From the owners
Here at Grbic Restaurant we take the utmost pride in all of the work we do. The owners, Sulejman & Ermina Grbic, grew up in the former Yugoslavia and have brought with them only the best recipes of eastern European traditions. Sulejman, who is a butcher by trade, buys only Missouri grass-fed beef & veal. He butchers everything in-house, down to all of our fresh-cut steaks, ground beef, chuck roast, and the most tender and juicy filet mignon. Ermina has been in the restaurant industry her whole life; she still uses all of her mother's and grandmother's recipes and makes everything from scratch. We only use local ingredients in all of our cooking, and we support small businesses within Missouri and Illinois. Grbic is family owned and operated, and we want to make sure your next event is beyond a doubt perfect.
