Benefits

ARCO has an outstanding benefits package, including a one month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment. To encourage travel during that time, associates receive $5,000 to offset their out-of-town expenses. ARCO prides itself on allowing our associates autonomy in their work, and rewards good performance through a very generous bonus program. In addition, we offer an owner-funded profit sharing plan that typically pays 15 percent of an associate’s salary on an annual basis. We offer tuition assistance for our associates, and up to $28,000 in scholarships for their children. In order to support philanthropic efforts, ARCO offers one paid week off per year to volunteer and matches associate donations 100 percent. Our company ranch in Steeleville is not only used for training, but also available to our associates for family events at no cost. To foster a healthy lifestyle, we bring in fruit every week, and partner with a nearby gym for discounted memberships as well as hold a health week, onsite biometric screenings, and onsite flu shots. To make the workday more enjoyable and foster camaraderie we host monthly company paid lunches and three unique company events throughout the year.
