CI Select is pleased to provide the following benefits to its full-time employees:Employer-sponsored medical insurance. CI Select has two plans to choose from and pays for a minimum of 50 percent of the premium for each employee and their dependents. Voluntary dental and vision insurance. Long-term disability and life insurance is 100 percent sponsored by CI Select, the company pays for the premium. The life insurance is a base of $15,000 for the employee, with the opportunity for employees to increase the benefit for themselves and dependents. 401(k) plan allows employees to save pre-tax towards their retirement and the company provides a quarterly match. Paid time off is earned at eight hours each month during the first year of employment. During year two and three each employee receives 120 hours PTO, during year four of employment employees receive 136 hours of PTO, and 160 hours of PTO after five years of employment. The company provides nine paid holidays each year.
