Connectria provides state-of-the-art facilities for its employees to work, with complementary fresh fruit, flowers and daily refreshments. Each facility is equipped with a fitness center and the company retains personal trainers to help its employees achieve their personal health and fitness goals. We offer paid flu shots for its employees and their families, and offers a smoking cessation program, CPR training/certifications, nutritional seminars and biometric testing. We underwrite the cost of “off-site” health club memberships. Connectria offers its employees 100 percent company paid health, dental and disability insurance and covers 50 percent of the cost for their families including domestic and same-sex partners. We contribute a minimum of 3 percent to employee’s 401(k) accounts regardless if the employee themselves makes a contribution. Employees are regularly offered tickets to major league baseball and professional hockey games, concerts and an opportunity to obtain weekly movie passes.
