Moneta Group Investment Advisors LLC

Family CFO

Moneta Group provides wealth advisory services to clients with complex financial issues. We help put comprehensive, long-term plans in place that are designed to meet the unique needs of high net worth individuals, businesses with retirement plans, institutions, trusts and the emerging affluent. The firm’s primary role is to serve as each client’s advocate, helping them negotiate the many complexities encountered in managing their financial affairs. Our responsibility and expertise is in asking all the right questions and helping find solutions. Plus, as fiduciaries, we act only in the best interests of our clients and pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience to every client, every time. Our depth and breadth of expertise and resources helps us to be sustainable, scalable and comprehensive. Our 36 partners own the firm and employ teams of experts with over 200 designations; our infrastructure team delivers top notch investment advice, technology resources, accounting, compliance, marketing, tax planning, and estate planning; and we advise on more than $20 billion in assets. In today’s complex landscape of financial services, we know that our approach stands out from the crowd.

Culture is a huge benefits game changer for us. We recently started holding listening sessions so that we could hear more from our employees directly -- what we heard last year was that people wanted more opportunities to interact with each other. To do that, we added something called Fish Bowl Fridays, when randomly selected members of the firm are sent to lunch together (on Moneta) on Fridays so that they can get to know new people that they don't directly work with. We also started hosting Monthly Employee Appreciation events (happy hours, donuts, chili cookoffs, etc.) so that every employee has the opportunity to get to know each other and feel appreciated more frequently. Another thing we heard from the listening sessions was that our employees wanted more casual clothes on Fridays, so we instated no-tie-Fridays (which is a big deal in our very conservative industry). Of course, we also have welfare benefits (65 percent of premiums for medical/dental; 100 percent premiums for STD, LTD, life, and AD&D); eight weeks of paid maternity leave at 100 percent and two weeks of paid paternity leave at 100 percent. We have professional development reimbursement and a cool referral program that provides incentives for our employees.
