Benefits

NISC provides a comprehensive benefits package for our employees. We offer a high deductible health plan with a health savings account for our full-time employees and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours a week and their eligible dependents that begins on their start date. NISC pays for 100 percent of the premium costs for single and family coverage and contributes monthly contributions to employee’s HSAs. We offer vision and dental insurance, too. NISC pays the full premium amount on single plan coverage for vision and dental. We over life insurance, dependent life insurance, flexible spending counts for dependent care expenses, short term and long term disability plans. NISC offer a 401(k) plan where NISC contributes 4 percent base plus 4 percent matching the first of the month following a 12 month waiting period. We offer tuition reimbursement, on-site workout facility, and employee assistance program. Another benefit we provide is monthly free chair massages, opportunity to earn wellness dollars, and we have a benevolence fund where employees can donate to this fund and NISC matches the dollar amount. This fund was formed to help employees and their families in time of need.
