New state data measuring the performance of school districts across Missouri shows the median score statewide, 78.8%, rose nearly two percentage points from the prior year. Brentwood, Maplewood-Richmond Heights and Lafayette Preparatory Academy each each saw their 2024 score rise to the highest "with distinction" range. Two local charter schools, St. Louis Voices Academy and The Leadership School, had 2024 scores that fell in the lowest range.
