Cornelius L. Edwards

Cornelius L. Edwards, 38, was shot and killed early on Oct. 1 in East St. Louis. Illinois State Police said officers responded around 1:45 a.m. to a call for shots fired in the 1700 block of Missouri Avenue in East St. Louis, where they found Edwards wounded. He was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital where he died, police said.
