Demetrius Hill

A 15-year-old boy was shot dead in the city's Mark Twain neighborhood on Monday. Demetrius Hill, 15, was shot multiple times around 1:30 a.m. in the 4900 Leahy Avenue, police said. Responding officers found him in the street and he was pronounced dead at the scene. He lived in the 4500 block of Queens Avenue in St. Louis, said Sgt. Charles Wall of the St. Louis Police Department. Additional information was not immediately available.
