Torin Triplett

Torin Triplett, 50, was shot and killed in a motel room Tuesday evening in the city's Penrose neighborhood. Officers were called to the Carousel Motel at 3930 North Kingshighway just after 7 p.m., police said. They found Triplett, who had been shot in the chest. Police said he was pronounced dead at a hospital.
