Zachary Mills

Police on Wednesday identified the man who was killed in a shooting late Friday in south St. Louis. Zachary Mills, 29, was found shot in the driver seat of a U-Haul truck in the rear parking lot of a residence in the 3800 block of Dunnica Avenue, police said. He was found there by officers responding to a 911 call for a shooting about 6:10 p.m., police said. Mills had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at a hospital. It was unclear if Mills owned the U-Haul truck or was an employee. Mills lived in O'Fallon, Missouri, police said.
