Harley Branscomb, 22, found fatally shot early Sunday on the Missouri side of the Eads Bridge, police said. Police believe he was shot while in a car elsewhere in St. Louis before making his way to the bridge, spokesperson Evita Caldwell said. The exact location of the shooting remained under investigation Sunday, she said. Officers responding to a report of a shooting on the bridge shortly before 5 a.m. and found the man on the ground, according to a police report. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman found with the man was not hurt. She is 23 years old.
