Richard Anderson

ST. LOUIS — A man was shot and killed early Wednesday in the city's O'Fallon neighborhood. Richard Anderson, 33, was shot and killed just before 12:30 a.m. in the 4100 block of Turner Avenue. Police found him lying in the street, and he was pronounced dead at a hospital. Anderson lived in the same block where he was killed.
