The Madison County Sheriff's Department is investigating a fatal shooting early Sunday morning at the 3rd Chute II, a bar on Fosterburg Road just outside Alton. Marcos Pulido, chief deputy with the sheriff's department, said the incident wasn't a random act and the two had known each other.
