Twanda Kee

Officers found Twanda Kee, 36, in an alley in the 4400 block of St. Louis Avenue about 7:20 p.m. when responding to an alert from the ShotSpotter gunshot detection system. Kee lived in the 4200 block of Maffitt Avenue.
