Benita Randle

A woman was found shot to death inside a vehicle in the city's Greater Ville neighborhood, police said. Police said the victim was Benita Randle, 43, of East St. Louis. The vehicle had hit a streetlight in the 2900 block of North Newstead Avenue. Police said officers were called to the scene at about 1:30 a.m.
