Jobori Bell

A 28-year-old man was fatally shot in a residence in the city's College Hill neighborhood, police said. The victim was Jobori Bell of St. Louis, police said. Officers found the victim inside a home in the 2000 block of Obear Avenue after receiving a call for a shooting at about 10 p.m.
