Dartallius Taylor

A man was shot and killed near a homeless encampment north of the Columbus Square neighborhood, the second at the camp this year. Police responded at 8 p.m. Saturday to the 1500 block of North 10th Street. They found Dartallius Taylor, 38, shot in a car. He was taken to a hospital, where he died. The area is the site of a longtime homeless encampment. For nearly three years, a homeless encampment at 10th Street and Cass Avenue has drawn dozens of campers.
