Darwin Maldonado-Vargas

Officers responded to a shooting around 4 a.m. in the 1500 block of south Seventh Street in Soulard, where police saw bystanders providing aid to 20-year-old Darwin Maldonado-Vargas, who had been shot in the neck. Police said the man, who died at the scene, was shot after a fight broke out.
