Masson McCloud

Police responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue around 1:53 a.m., where they found a woman, Masson McCloud, 26, critically injured. The woman died of her injuries, police said. Authorities later learned that two additional women, ages 19 and 23, were dropped off at area hospitals after being shot. They were in critical but stable condition, police said.
