Davonte Biddings

Davonte Biddings, 32, of Gary, Indiana, was shot in the chest in a parking lot in the 3000 block of South Jefferson Avenue. He was found in a vehicle at a gas station in the 1800 block of Arsenal shortly before 1 a.m. Monday and died at a hospital.
