Demonta L. Hunter

Demonta L. Hunter had been shot multiple times inside a vehicle and pushed out into the roadway. The incident took place about 5:20 a.m. at 24th Street and Missouri Avenue. Hunter, 28, lived in Belleville. Evan M. Spencer, 21, faces a charge of first-degree murder, the Illinois State Police said in a news release.
