Dwayne Robinson

Andre R. Meadows, 46, was inside a home in the 5000 block of Geraldine Avenue at around 12:30 a.m. Monday when his father — arguing with someone outside — called for his help, charges say. Meadows walked outside and began firing at the man arguing with his dad, as well as a car nearby, charges say. Dwayne Robinson, 64, of St. Ann, was a passenger in the car struck by gunfire and killed. Meadows is now facing charges of first-degree murder, first-degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
